Some would say, Tim has been involved in real estate his entire life. At an early age he often accompanied his father, a second generation Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor on Long Island to meet with land developers, inspect subdivisions, and take part in Town Hall meetings.

He has had an exciting real estate career that originated in Manhattan. At the boutique firm, Cantor-Pecorella, he worked with developers to market, layout and sell a vast number of new construction and condo conversions. He worked hands on with the marketing team, architects and engineers giving critical input so that these luxury spaces would not only be practical, but aesthetically pleasing and respond to the needs of urban living. One of Tim's greatest strengths is his knowledge of what is available and what has sold in the current market so that he can lead customers in the right direction from the start. Tim has sold lofts spaces to brownstones in Tribeca, The West Village, Gramercy, The Plaza Hotel, and Park Slope.

While Tim loved the energy and excitement of NYC, his passion for the water led him to return to his roots with his wife and children in order to be more connected to nature and the ocean. Living on the East End has brought together his passion for real estate with a quality of life that some only dream about. It didn't take Tim long to re-establish himself in the roots of the community and he has enjoyed a following of customers. Outside of work, Tim can be found at dawn or dusk catching the first wave on his surfboard or heading out to the ocean at the helm of his Downeast fishing boat seeking stripers with his kids.

In the years leading into real estate, he enjoyed an energetic career in the food industry selling to restaurants from Montauk to Manhattan. His extensive knowledge of food allowed him to forge sales relationships with restaurants such as Bouley, Balthazar, Nobu, Bubbys and many more. It is here that he learned the importance of servicing the smallest of details to maintain loyalty and long-term success.
